Ma Fai Fruit

Ma Fai (????), or Burmese Grape (Baccaurea motleyana or Baccaurea racemosa), is a tropical, grape-like fruit native to Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia). It grows in dense clusters, featuring yellow-to-reddish skin with white, translucent, sweet-and-sour pulp that is often enjoyed fresh, pickled, or in curries.
