Rose Apple

The Java Apple (Syzygium samarangense), also known as wax apple, rose apple, or makopa, is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia. It is a crisp, bell-shaped, and highly hydrated fruit, ranging in color from white to dark red/black. Often eaten fresh, it has a faint, sweet, and refreshing flavor, frequently compared to watermelon.
