Durian (Durio zibethinus) is a large, Southeast Asian tropical fruit, often called the “king of fruits,” renowned for its spiky, thick, green-to-brown rind and pungent odor. Inside, it has creamy, custard-like, yellow or white flesh with a sweet-bitter taste.
