Fuji Apple

Fuji apples are a popular, extremely sweet, and crisp variety developed in Japan in the late 1930s (released 1962) by crossing Red Delicious and Ralls Janet. Known for their dense white flesh, long shelf life, and pink-speckled red skin, they are excellent for raw snacking, salads, and cooking. They are available year-round, with peak season from late fall through winter.
