Pink Apple

“Pink apple” generally refers to either Pink Lady apples (common crisp, sweet-tart apples with pink skin) or pink-fleshed apples (like Pink Pearl), often with sweet-tart flavors and unique colors. They are versatile for eating fresh, baking, or salads. Another, distinct tropical fruit known as the Rose apple (or Wax apple) is also pink and has a light, watery, watermelon-like flavor.
