Rock Melon

Rock melon (or cantaloupe) is a nutritious, sweet, and aromatic fruit with a distinct netted or rough, warty rind and bright orange, succulent flesh. Widely grown for raw consumption, it is packed with vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, and roughly 90% water. These melons are usually served fresh, in salads, or smoothies.
