White Pomelo Meat

White pomelo (Citrus maxima), often called pummelo, pompelmoes, or shaddock, is the largest citrus fruit, native to Southeast Asia. It has a thick, pale green-to-yellow rind, pale pith, and sweet, mildly tart, white pulp with a dryish texture. Rich in vitamin C and fiber, it is eaten fresh or in salads.
