Yellow Watermelon

Yellow watermelons (Citrullus lanatus) are an ancient, naturally cultivated fruit (non-GMO) with bright yellow flesh and a sweet, honey-apricot flavor. Unlike red watermelons, they lack lycopene, instead containing high amounts of beta-carotene, offering a similar, crisp, and juicy texture with higher average sugar levels.
